JAPANESE CRABMEAT ROLL SUSHI 

An extraordinary Japanese sushi formula to attempt !

Fixings:

3 American c. white prescription.- grain rice

VINEGAR SAUCE:
1 c. rice vinegar
1 c. white sugar
2 storing tsp. salt
Hotness to break up sugar; don't bubble; let cool. 

FILLING:
Fake crabmeat, blended in with mayonnaise
Cucumber, cut into slim strips

Guidelines

Cook rice. Let steam subsequent to cooking for 20 minutes, then put into enormous blending bowl and add 1 cup of cooled vinegar sauce. Good-foods-to-eat-with-acid-reflux.
Throw rice gently yet completely with vinegar sauce. Whenever rice is cooled, spread it around 1 inch thick on a sheet of nori, leaving around 1 1/2 inches uncovered at one edge of nori to use as a fixing fold. Wet fingertips in extra vinegar sauce to make rice simpler to deal with. Place crabmeat and cucumber in a flimsy line across the rice. Fold the rice into a chamber, nori side out and crabmeat in the center. Utilize a bamboo sushi roller or an acrylic sushi press. Cut across the sushi roll into 8 pieces and serve.
